The Role:
Due to rapid growth, they have an immediate need for Conveyancing professionals at all levels, who will join within the firm’s infancy and play a pivotal role in their inevitable success.

Responsibilities:
For Conveyancers / Property Lawyers / Legal Executives, you will join the business with no expectation to carry a pre-existing caseload. Instead, you will commence with zero files, building a caseload at a steady pace in line with your experience and expertise. There is no expectation to have a client following and no requirement for business development. Instead, you will be passed your files in a reasonable and consistent manner.
You will manage a caseload which incorporates freehold, leasehold, remortgage and new build transactions, taking responsibility of your file from inception through to post-completion.
You will be supported by a diligent team of experienced Legal Assistants and Case Handlers, working within a collaborative environment. You will also benefit from a strong infrastructure which includes a modern case management system, designed to streamline and digitalise the entire process.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Applications are welcome from Conveyancers at all levels; those with extensive knowledge across the entire spectrum of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared equity, as well as those with more limited experience of standard sales and purchases with ambitions to develop.
You will be customer focused with an enthusiasm to work within a collaborative environment, where every member of the team is valued and supported.
You will pride yourself on providing an ethical and comprehensive service to your customers, providing advise which is founded in best practise as well as common sense.
