🎯The Role:
Located at their thoroughly impressive Head Office, in the heart of Cardiff City Centre, the IT Trainer will join the technical support function. As one of only two specialist IT Trainers, you will be fundamental to the onboarding and continued training of new and existing colleagues within the business, ensuring that all employees have a positive learning experience. You’ll be an experienced Training professional, capable of delivering in-person and remote training in respect to case management systems and internal software, on a one-to-one and team basis.
📋Responsibilities:
- Delivering training sessions through a variety of media including weekly face to face and remote new starter induction training.
- Coordinating training sessions for existing personnel as required.
- Carrying out new system training when rollouts are completed.
- Promptly responding to requests for assistance on the IT support channel.
- Updating session plans and learning resources when required.
- Working with departments across the firm to proactively identify learning needs.
- Producing high quality learning guides for individual departments.
🎓 Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering training, coaching and mentorship, either within an education or professional services environment.
- Possess an elevated level of IT literacy; fully conversant in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
- Able to demonstrate experience of working across various computing applications and platforms.
- Highly communicative and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Inherently patient, helpful and supportive.
- Detail orientated with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Work effectively within a team environment as well as on your own autonomy.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
The role may also involve monthly travel between office sites as required, including locations in London, Manchester, Plymouth and Southampton.
