The Role:

As Sales Support Coordinator you will play an instrumental role in business operations, providing a pivotal link between internal departments and external business customers. You will be responsible for all sales administration and B2B customer service, delivering a smooth distribution process between the brands and retailers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order and purchase order entry on internal ERP and B2B platforms.
  • Provide excellent day to day administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Provide excellent day to day customer service to retail accounts, ensuring all KPI’s are met.
  • Work very closely with Finance, Warehousing & Logistics to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Work towards monthly brand targets by planning, allocating and booking in retailer deliveries, keeping them up to date with lead times and stock availability.
  • Reporting – produce weekly allocation, delivery and stock reports along with seasonal reporting and figures/updates for the Management Team on a regular basis.

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience within sales administration and customer service, in a B2B environment.
  • Deadline driven with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • A team player with very strong communication skills, along with the ability to work comfortably on your own initiative.
  • Proactive, driven and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT & numerical ability, including Excel.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English and 2 A levels, or equivalent. Higher level education and further qualifications are advantageous.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in fashion/sport/retail would be desirable.
