- 💷 Salary circa £29,000 - £30,000 per Annum

🎯The Role:
The role of Supply Chain Assistant is pivotal to the company’s future and to it delivering a consistent high level of service excellence. You will work with internal and external customers and suppliers to improve the brand, create stronger customer relationships and develop supply chain activities. You will work in a fast-paced regulatory environment in a consistent and professional manner ensuring that accuracy is central to all tasks. Through processing incoming requests efficiently and professionally you will provide a consistently high level of service to customers; ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.
📋Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests from enquiry to dispatch in a timely, consistent and professional manner with an excellent level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and couriers in writing and verbally, setting realistic timescales for issue resolution.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the sales team; responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for the acceptance of deliveries into the company including but not limited to collections from hospitals, supplier deliveries and third-party orders.
- Undertake stock management.
🎓 Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Though the role is working within the Supply Chain function, the emphasis is on customer care, service delivery and exacting attention to detail. As such, applications are welcome from candidates outside of the Supply Chain sector, though with transferrable skills and experience of:

📍 Interviews & Induction:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a remote interview process via Microsoft Teams, with an in-person interview required for the final stage.
- The successful candidate will benefit from induction and continued training, provided both on-site in London, as well as from the Head Office facility in South Wales. As such, some travel will be required.
